Synthetic atmospheric pad with a low bass flutter. Free. All uses permitted, anywhere, by anyone at any time. No attribution required. A simple "bread and butter" atmosphere that lends itself to industrial skyline, starship engine drone, subterranean ambient acoustic, or a general purpose background.
